For something a little unexpected, try this elegant, martini-style cocktail. It’s light, aromatic and sippable, and matches wonderfully with parmesan chunks.

Yields one serving
30ml gin – opt for a crisp gin variety
15ml Lillet Blanc – a floral and citrus aperitif
15ml sake – select a smooth, medium-bodied variety
Measure the gin, Lillet Blanc and sake into a shaker, add a big handful of ice cubes and stir for 30 seconds to chill well. Pour into a frosty martini glass and enjoy.
